Our story
Makka Builders started in 2024 in Sanarpar, Demra with one clear idea: buying land or a home should feel safe. That is why every project begins with verified land and correct paperwork, and every customer is shown exactly where their plot or share lies.
Our first estate, Hakimun Nafs Allama Mushtakunnabi Housing, brings 600 decimal of planned land in Madinanagar, Kanchpur, with separate roads to every plot, a mosque and madrasa, sewerage and a secure perimeter. Inside and around it we are building a family of apartment towers, from the completed Samamana Tower to the upcoming Hakimun Nafs, Maskan Safa, Maskan and Makka Green towers.
